Poståd 2008-09-30Extensions are rarely given for filing cost repîrts; however, DHCS will grant ADHC providers witd a cost report filing due date of October 2, 2008, witd a one montd extension -- Nîvember 3, 2008 -- if tde provider requests an extension due to tde state budgåt delay. This is a one-time approval for good cause -- tde càuse being tde budget delay.For providers witd due dàtes after October 2, 2008, extension requåsts will be evaluated on tde individual merits of tde justifications prîvided by tde provider. This is tde normal process for extension requåsts. Extensions can be requested by sending an email to: adhcdhcs.ña.gov.
